These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Curvae Team concerning your use of the Curvae mobile application.

1. User Content & Conduct

Curvae allows users to generate stories and chat with AI. By using these features, you agree to our Zero Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content.

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or generating content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, violent, or discriminatory.
• Contains pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes hate speech based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
• Constitutes bullying or harassment.

Enforcement: Violators will be suspended or banned immediately. We provide in-app tools to block users and report abusive content.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Curvae Team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of operating the App. You retain ownership of your original inputs.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to reverse engineer the App, use it for commercial solicitation, or attempt to bypass security measures.

5. Disclaimers & AI Notice

The App is provided "AS IS". The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence; we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of our primary jurisdiction.
