Curvae is an innovative AI-powered social community platform that brings together intelligent conversations and creative storytelling. We collect information about you in a variety of ways:

• Personal Data (User Provided): Name, Username, Email Address, and Customer Support content.
• Derivative Data: Device ID, model, usage statistics, and crash logs.
• Location Data: Precise or approximate location data (only with your explicit permission).
• Cookies: Used solely for login sessions and preferences.

3. Facial Data and AI Generation

We prioritize your biometric privacy:

• No Biometrics: We DO NOT use facial recognition or collect biometric identifiers.
• Transient Processing: Photos uploaded for AI generation are deleted immediately after the generation process.
• No Training: We DO NOT use your photos to train AI models for marketing or public model improvements.
• Storage: Generated images are stored locally on your device by default.

4. Use of Your Information

We use your data to provide AI services, personalize experiences, improve security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only when necessary for legal compliance, protection of rights, or with third-party service providers (under strict confidentiality and SCCs for cross-border transfers).

We employ encryption, access controls, and audits. Account data is retained until deletion; deleted accounts are scrubbed within 30 days. Usage data is kept for 12 months.

The App is strictly for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17.
